Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of the RevnuView Subscription Services. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to comply with this AUP. Violation of this AUP may result in suspension or termination of your access to the Services.
1. Prohibited Activities
You may not use the Subscription Services to engage in, facilitate, or promote any of the following activities:
1.1 Illegal Activities
- Violating any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation
- Infringing on intellectual property rights of RevnuView or third parties
- Engaging in fraud, money laundering, or other financial crimes
- Distributing, promoting, or facilitating illegal substances or activities
1.2 Abusive or Harmful Conduct
- Harassing, threatening, or intimidating individuals
- Distributing hate speech, discriminatory content, or content that incites violence
- Stalking, doxxing, or violating the privacy of others
- Impersonating any person or entity or misrepresenting your affiliation
1.3 Spam and Unsolicited Communications
- Sending unsolicited bulk emails, messages, or communications ("spam")
- Using the Services for email harvesting or scraping contact information
- Distributing malware, viruses, or other malicious code
- Engaging in phishing, spoofing, or other deceptive practices
1.4 System Abuse
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Services or related systems
- Interfering with or disrupting the Services, servers, or networks
- Launching denial-of-service (DoS) or distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the Services
- Using automated scripts, bots, or crawlers to access the Services without permission
- Circumventing security measures or authentication mechanisms
1.5 Data Misuse
- Uploading or processing data that you do not have the right to use
- Collecting or storing sensitive personal data (e.g., health records, financial data, Social Security numbers) without proper safeguards and consent
- Sharing Customer Data with unauthorized third parties
- Using the Services to track individuals without their knowledge or consent
1.6 Commercial Misuse
- Reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing the Services without authorization
- Using the Services to compete with RevnuView or develop competing products
- Benchmarking the Services for competitive purposes without written consent
2. Compliance with Data Protection Laws
You must comply with all applicable data protection and privacy laws when using the Services, including but not limited to:
- GDPR: Obtain proper consent and provide privacy notices to EU Data Subjects
- CCPA: Respect California residents' privacy rights and provide required disclosures
- CAN-SPAM Act: Include opt-out mechanisms in commercial emails
- TCPA: Obtain consent before sending automated calls or texts
3. Content Standards
Customer Data uploaded to the Services must not contain:
- Obscene, pornographic, or sexually explicit material
- Defamatory, libelous, or slanderous content
- Content that promotes violence, terrorism, or extremism
- Malicious code, viruses, or harmful software
- Copyrighted material without proper authorization
4. Resource Usage
You agree to use the Services in a manner that does not:
- Exceed the usage limits specified in your subscription tier (e.g., number of users, tracked activities, storage)
- Consume excessive bandwidth, storage, or computing resources
- Degrade the performance of the Services for other customers
RevnuView reserves the right to throttle or limit usage that exceeds reasonable thresholds.
5. Security Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- Implementing appropriate security measures for your users
- Promptly notifying RevnuView of any unauthorized access or security breaches
- Ensuring that your users comply with this AUP

7. Enforcement
7.1 Investigation
RevnuView reserves the right to investigate suspected violations of this AUP. We may:
- Monitor usage patterns and Customer Data to detect violations
- Cooperate with law enforcement agencies
- Disclose information as required by law or to protect our rights
7.2 Remedial Actions
Upon discovering a violation, RevnuView may, in its sole discretion:
- Issue a Warning: Notify you of the violation and request corrective action
- Suspend Access: Temporarily suspend your access to the Services
- Terminate Account: Permanently terminate your account and delete Customer Data
- Legal Action: Pursue legal remedies, including injunctive relief and damages
7.3 No Refunds
If your account is suspended or terminated for violating this AUP, you will not be entitled to a refund of any prepaid fees.
8. Changes to This Policy
RevnuView may update this AUP from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated AUP on our website and updating the "Effective Date" above. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated AUP.
9. Examples of Acceptable Use
To clarify what is permitted, here are examples of acceptable use:
- Tracking engagement with prospects who have provided consent or with whom you have a legitimate business relationship
- Sending personalized sales outreach to qualified leads
- Analyzing deal pipeline and sales performance metrics
- Collaborating with your sales team to manage accounts
- Generating heat maps to understand prospect interest
- Exporting your own Customer Data for backup or migration purposes
10. Examples of Prohibited Use
Here are examples of prohibited use:
- Sending unsolicited cold emails to purchased email lists
- Tracking individuals without their knowledge or consent
- Using the Services to harass or stalk prospects
- Scraping data from the Services to build a competing product
- Sharing your account credentials with unauthorized users
- Uploading malware or attempting to hack the platform
