Jurisdiction Specific Terms

Effective Date: December 9, 2024

These Jurisdiction Specific Terms supplement the RevnuView Customer Terms of Service and apply to customers located in specific jurisdictions. If there is a conflict between these terms and the general Terms of Service, these jurisdiction-specific terms will prevail for customers in the applicable jurisdiction.

1. European Union (EU) and European Economic Area (EEA)

1.1 GDPR Compliance

For customers located in the EU or EEA, RevnuView complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Additional terms are set forth in our Data Processing Addendum.

1.2 Data Subject Rights

EU/EEA Data Subjects have the following rights under GDPR:

  • Right of Access: Request a copy of your Personal Data
  • Right to Rectification: Correct inaccurate Personal Data
  • Right to Erasure: Request deletion of Personal Data ("right to be forgotten")
  • Right to Restriction: Limit processing of Personal Data
  • Right to Data Portability: Receive Personal Data in a machine-readable format
  • Right to Object: Object to processing based on legitimate interests
  • Right to Withdraw Consent: Withdraw consent for processing at any time

1.3 Data Transfers

Personal Data may be transferred to the United States and other countries where RevnuView operates. We use Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission to ensure adequate protection for such transfers.

1.4 Supervisory Authority

EU/EEA customers have the right to lodge a complaint with their local data protection authority if they believe their data protection rights have been violated.

2. United Kingdom (UK)

2.1 UK GDPR

For customers located in the UK, RevnuView complies with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018. The terms in Section 1 (EU/EEA) apply equally to UK customers.

2.2 International Data Transfer Addendum

For transfers of Personal Data from the UK, we use the UK International Data Transfer Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

2.3 UK Supervisory Authority

UK customers may lodge complaints with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk

3. California, United States

3.1 CCPA Compliance

For customers and Data Subjects located in California, RevnuView complies with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).

3.2 California Consumer Rights

California residents have the following rights:

  • Right to Know: Request disclosure of Personal Information collected, used, or shared
  • Right to Delete: Request deletion of Personal Information
  • Right to Opt-Out: Opt-out of the sale or sharing of Personal Information (RevnuView does not sell Personal Information)
  • Right to Correct: Request correction of inaccurate Personal Information
  • Right to Limit: Limit use of sensitive Personal Information
  • Right to Non-Discrimination: Not be discriminated against for exercising CCPA rights

3.3 Do Not Sell My Personal Information

RevnuView does not sell Personal Information to third parties. We do not share Personal Information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

3.4 Shine the Light Law

California residents may request information about disclosure of Personal Information to third parties for direct marketing purposes. Contact us at the email above.

4. Canada

4.1 PIPEDA Compliance

For customers located in Canada, RevnuView complies with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and provincial privacy laws where applicable.

4.2 Canadian Privacy Rights

Canadian customers have rights to:

  • Access Personal Information held by RevnuView
  • Challenge the accuracy and completeness of Personal Information
  • Withdraw consent for processing (subject to legal or contractual restrictions)
  • File complaints with the Privacy Commissioner of Canada

4.3 Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL)

RevnuView complies with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). Commercial electronic messages sent to Canadian recipients include:

  • Sender identification information
  • Unsubscribe mechanism
  • Physical mailing address

5. Australia

5.1 Privacy Act Compliance

For customers located in Australia, RevnuView complies with the Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

5.2 Australian Privacy Rights

Australian customers have rights to:

  • Access Personal Information
  • Correct inaccurate Personal Information
  • Complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC)

5.3 Overseas Disclosure

Personal Information may be disclosed to overseas recipients, including in the United States. By using the Services, Australian customers consent to such disclosure.

6. Brazil

6.1 LGPD Compliance

For customers located in Brazil, RevnuView complies with the Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados (LGPD).

6.2 Brazilian Data Subject Rights

Brazilian Data Subjects have rights to:

  • Confirmation of processing
  • Access to Personal Data
  • Correction of incomplete or inaccurate data
  • Anonymization, blocking, or deletion of unnecessary data
  • Portability of data to another service provider
  • Deletion of data processed with consent
  • Information about public and private entities with which data is shared
  • Revocation of consent

7. Other Jurisdictions

7.1 General Compliance

For customers in jurisdictions not specifically listed above, RevnuView complies with applicable local data protection and privacy laws. We implement reasonable measures to ensure compliance with global privacy standards.

7.2 Governing Law

Unless otherwise required by local law, the Agreement is governed by Delaware law (United States). Disputes are resolved in Delaware state or federal courts, except where local law requires disputes to be resolved in local courts.

8. Updates to Jurisdiction-Specific Terms

We may update these Jurisdiction Specific Terms to reflect changes in applicable laws or regulations. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the platform.
