Product Specific Terms

These Product Specific Terms supplement the RevnuView Customer Terms of Service and describe the features, limitations, and usage terms for specific components of the Subscription Services.

1. Activity Tracking and Engagement Alerts

1.1 Scope of Tracking

The Activity Tracking feature logs prospect interactions including:

  • Email opens and link clicks
  • Website visits and page views
  • Document views and downloads
  • Sales room content engagement
  • Meeting attendance and duration
  • Form submissions and responses

1.2 Real-Time Alerts

Real-time alerts notify sales representatives when prospects engage with content. Alert thresholds and delivery methods (email, in-app, Slack) are configurable per subscription tier.

1.3 Usage Limits

  • Base Tier: Up to 10,000 tracked activities per month
  • Premium Tier: Up to 50,000 tracked activities per month
  • Enterprise Tier: Custom limits based on contract

Overage charges apply at $0.01 per additional activity beyond the included limit.

1.4 Data Retention

Activity data is retained for:

  • Base Tier: 90 days
  • Premium Tier: 1 year
  • Enterprise Tier: 2 years or custom retention period

2. Heat Maps and Engagement Visualization

2.1 Heat Map Generation

Heat maps visualize prospect engagement by aggregating activity data across accounts, deals, and time periods. Heat maps display:

  • Engagement intensity (color-coded by activity level)
  • Buying committee participation
  • Content consumption patterns
  • Deal momentum indicators

2.2 Anonymization

Aggregated heat map data used for platform analytics is anonymized and cannot be traced back to individual customers or prospects.

2.3 Export Options

  • Base Tier: PNG image export
  • Premium Tier: PNG, PDF, and CSV export
  • Enterprise Tier: All formats plus API access

3. Deal Management

3.1 Deal Tracking

The Deal Management feature allows you to:

  • Create and manage sales opportunities
  • Track deal stages and progression
  • Assign deal owners and team members
  • Calculate deal health scores
  • Log activities and notes
  • Set reminders and follow-up tasks

3.2 Deal Limits

  • Base Tier: Up to 100 active deals
  • Premium Tier: Up to 500 active deals
  • Enterprise Tier: Unlimited deals

3.3 Deal Health Scoring

Deal health scores are calculated based on:

  • Prospect engagement levels
  • Buying committee participation
  • Deal stage duration
  • Activity recency
  • Custom scoring rules (Premium and Enterprise tiers)

4. Digital Sales Rooms

4.1 Sales Room Creation

Digital Sales Rooms provide a centralized hub for sharing content with prospects. Features include:

  • Customizable branding (logo, colors)
  • Content library (PDFs, videos, presentations)
  • Engagement tracking for each content item
  • Invitation management with access control
  • Visitor analytics and activity timeline

4.2 Storage Limits

  • Base Tier: 5 GB storage
  • Premium Tier: 25 GB storage
  • Enterprise Tier: 100 GB or custom storage

Additional storage available at $10/GB per month.

4.3 File Upload Restrictions

Supported file types:

  • Documents: PDF, DOCX, PPTX, XLSX
  • Images: PNG, JPG, GIF, SVG
  • Videos: MP4, MOV, AVI (max 500 MB per file)

Maximum file size: 100 MB per file (500 MB for videos).

4.4 Print Prevention

Premium and Enterprise tiers include PDF print prevention to protect sensitive content. This feature disables right-click, print buttons, and keyboard shortcuts in the PDF viewer.

5. Buying Committee Management

5.1 Committee Mapping

Visualize buying committee structure with:

  • Decision maker roles (Economic Buyer, User Buyer, Technical Buyer, Coach)
  • Activity level indicators (high, medium, low engagement)
  • Invitation status tracking
  • Contact information management

5.2 Contact Limits

  • Base Tier: Up to 1,000 contacts
  • Premium Tier: Up to 10,000 contacts
  • Enterprise Tier: Unlimited contacts

6. Analytics and Reporting

6.1 Dashboard Access

  • Base Tier: Standard analytics dashboard with 30-day data
  • Premium Tier: Advanced analytics with 1-year data and custom reports
  • Enterprise Tier: Full analytics suite with API access and data warehouse integration

6.2 Report Export

Export analytics data in CSV, Excel, or PDF formats. API access available for Premium and Enterprise tiers.

7. API Access

7.1 API Availability

  • Base Tier: No API access
  • Premium Tier: Read-only API with 1,000 requests/day
  • Enterprise Tier: Full API access with custom rate limits

8. Integrations

8.1 Native Integrations

RevnuView integrates with:

  • CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive)
  • Email platforms (Gmail, Outlook)
  • Calendar services (Google Calendar, Outlook Calendar)
  • Communication tools (Slack, Microsoft Teams)

8.2 Custom Integrations

Enterprise customers can request custom integrations. Additional fees may apply.

9. User Management

9.1 User Limits

  • Base Tier: Up to 5 users
  • Premium Tier: Up to 25 users
  • Enterprise Tier: Unlimited users

9.2 Role-Based Access Control

User roles include:

  • Admin: Full platform access and settings management
  • Manager: Team oversight and reporting
  • Rep: Deal and sales room management
  • Read-Only: View-only access (Premium and Enterprise only)

10. Support and Training

10.1 Support Channels

  • Base Tier: Email support (24-hour response time)
  • Premium Tier: Email and chat support (4-hour response time for critical issues)
  • Enterprise Tier: Dedicated account manager, phone support, and priority response

10.2 Onboarding and Training

  • Base Tier: Self-service onboarding with video tutorials
  • Premium Tier: Live onboarding session (1 hour)
  • Enterprise Tier: Custom onboarding program with ongoing training
